A Georgian-era pansy form ring, modeled in high karat gold, whose petals are set with faceted garnet and chrysoberyl gems. This little flower is highly-dimensional, thanks to theslight pitch of its petals, andthe alternating colors of these petals add a loves me, loves me not suggestion to this traditional sweetheart motif. The ring's ornate split shoulders andreeded shank are shapely, unusual, and joined by a delicate shell-like medallion.Pansy is the "think of me" flower, in the Victorian language of flowers, because its common name comes from the French word for thought (pensée).
